How fast we reduce the digital divide depends on several factors, including how fast we handle a case or a need for a citizen or community in the field of education and training, access to computers and connectivity to the internet to be able to participate in the digital socio-economic environment. Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Siebel Public Sector solutions provide social services agencies with an integrated case management solution for managing citizen and community relation.
